maybe we met at TCAF, maybe you found me somewhere on the internet, either way hello everyone! i try to keep this blog pretty spam-free.. but i wanted to say hello!! i promise much art in the coming weeks. right now i’m in the middle of moving apartments so just hold tight! my scanner is packed away..

i made a tiling background for my website! and tumblr. and whatever. it was fun. i really want to make more tiling patterns now.

if you wanna know how to make your own repeating patterns, check out this rad tutorial. it’s how i figured this out!

oh, edit to say.. this is inspired from quite a few of my favorite lolita prints! mainly from btssb/aatp and angelic pretty. i think that’s pretty obvious, though, haha..!

i am going to be selling them at MoCCA fest this weekend at table E-133! i am actually tabling with two of our wonderful contributors, laura k and vreni stollberger. there are a ton of our contributors who have their own tables at mocca this year as well! please stop by to pick up your copy! i have a limited supply so be sure to stop by asap <3 <3

also, i am going to keep preorders open until monday april 15th. this means if you want to get your hands on the cool patch and pin set, you’ve got ten more days to order! i will be posting an international preorder this evening as well, so everyone has a chance to get a copy. after april 15th, i will begin mailing out the preorders, and i will post the leftovers up in the shop.

remember when i posted the open call for this months ago here? well, these babies are finished and ready to go. i will have a ton of fun stuff at moccafest this year, i will try and post some more teaser pics today! come visit me at table E133 with my babes vreni and laura!

hey! there have been a few posts about it on the internet for a few years, and recently it seems some /a/nons were able to provide a much better translation. the post on cake-slice’s blog links around to a number of interviews and other staff material related to this subject and whatnot. i hope that answers your question! and thank you for the compliments <3

i was so busy doing all this other junk for my zine i forgot to post my own entry.. oops. umu
anyway, is my entry for red cross book. it’s based off a scene in an early draft of episode 24 that was scrapped; however, i loved the image so much i decided to draw it. that being said i think i prefer the final outcome for episode 24 vs this early draft… not even making my otp very canon is worth trading for the original.

i am currently putting together an evangelion fanzine, it’s called red cross book.

you should all check it out and submit something! we are looking for all sorts of different kinds of creative stuff centered around evangelion. also it’s gonna be in SHINY FULL COLOR!! lots of super awesome people are already participating and you should too! yeah!!
